Mr. Terry Farrell

Terry Edwayne Farnell was born to loving and devoted parents, Rosenthal Farnell and Kathyrn Thomas on October 13, 1954 in Houston, Texas. Terry was the baby boy of three older brothers and three older sisters. Terry graduated from Booker T. Washington Senior High school and later attended and completed Bracey’s Business School. Terry confessed Christ at an early age and loved the Lord with all his heart. He enjoyed hearing and learning about the Word of God so much, he would attend all the neighborhood churches (North Main God in Christ, True Light Baptist Church, Salem Baptist Church, Ebernezer Methodist Church). Terry would often visit Loving Word Fellowship with his sister and two nieces. He enjoyed the worship service and even more so, the Message of God delivered by Bishop Paul Landrew of Loving Word Fellowship. Terry had a passion for reading, traveling, fishing, cars, clothes, jewelry and food. He also played football, basketball and baseball in his younger years. All that knew Terry never had a negative thing to say. He was friendly, kind loving and always ready to go and ride, just to see the scenery. Terry also enjoyed sing, walking and nature…the trees, the chirping birds, the fresh brisk wind. He always wanted to make certain that his nieces were safe and careful. He would often remind us to read the 23rd Psalm, the Ten Commandments and the Lord’s Prayer. He was preceded in death by his loving parents, Rosenthal and Kathryn Farnell, two sisters, Patricia Farnell Pittman, Rosenthalia Farnell Romar, brother Charles Farnell, Brother-in-law Irvin Richards, Sister –in-law Suzanne Farnell, nieces LaKeichea Pittman Douglas, Dawn Farnell, and England Romar. Terry leaves a lifetime of precious memories to his two brothers, Marion Farnell and Don Farnell, devoted sister and primary care giver, Cynthia Farnell Richards, special nieces SaMour Bradford (SaMyra, Allyn and A’Amorie), Charneath Ward (Jazzmine and Ariel), special nephew Irvin Richards III (I’Yonnia and Jude), Aunt Dolly Graves, Aunt Dorothy McDaniel, Uncle Farnell Thomas, special cousins Pherdelma Johnson, James McDaniel and a host of other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
